Light Ohio Blue is a statewide campaign to honor law enforcement officers who have died in the line of duty. Light Ohio Blue also strives to show support to the currently serving law enforcement personnel who protect our communities throughout our great state.
Thanks to the generosity and support of the HOME DEPOT Corporation , who donated one thousand five hundred (1,500) blue light bulbs in support of National Police Week.
The blue light bulbs should be placed in your outside pole lamp or on the front of your home as an indication of your support for surviving families of Fallen Officers and actively employed Law Enforcement Officers.
Residents who wish to express support for law enforcement officers during National Police Week can pick up a blue light bulb from the dispatch window inside the Municipal Building. One bulb per resident while supplies last!
