Holidays:

We are closed on all national holidays, Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

We are open during Lyndhurst Home Day, usually held the weekend following Labor Day, but unavailable for rental.

Availability:

We are available for use by our residents for their own personal events, by businesses having their principal base of operation here in Lyndhurst and by those non-profit organizations with active memberships comprised of at least 50% residents.

Layout:

Our beautiful facility has six rooms available for use, including a banquet room with gated patio, and five smaller rooms, some of which can be combined to create a single larger space, allowing us to accommodate small, medium and larger events, possibly at the same time. All rentals include some refrigeration/freezer space, shared use of the ice machine, and a coffee pot.

Kitchen:

For events with on-site caterers or serving staff, or those wanting use of the kitchen appliances (ovens, griddle, stovetop, etc.) or prep space, our commercial kitchen is available on a rented basis, with priority going to the larger rooms first.

Alcohol:

Alcoholic beverages may be permitted under the conditions established by City Ordinance.

Walk-Throughs: Contact the Community Center to schedule a walk-through appointment to ensure the space(s) you are interested in will be free for you to view, and that someone will be available to answer questions on pricing and availability, or to take your application.
