This is reminder that Ohio's Distracted Driving law is in full effect. Beginning today, October 5, 2023, officers will begin issuing traffic citations for violations.
Distracted Driving Law: On January 3, 2023, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine signed Senate Bill 288 into law, making distracted driving a primary offense.
